Our Mission
At Regeneration Fitness, we are committed to helping older adults live stronger, move better, and maintain their independence. Our programs are thoughtfully designed to improve balance, mobility, flexibility, and strength - core components of healthy aging. Through personalized training tailored to each client’s needs and abilities, we aim to enhance quality of life and support long-term well-being.

Meet Jason
Jason brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in the fitness and running world, backed by a strong educational foundation. He holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, with additional specializations in Senior Fitness and Corrective Exercise.

As both a trainer and a seasoned runner, Jason has competed in numerous races, including ultramarathon, and has successfully coached clients to personal bests and top finishes in events ranging from 5Ks to long-distance endurance races. His deep understanding of movement, mobility, and performance allows him to create training plans that are as effective as they are individualized.

What sets Jason apart is his personalized approach. He meets each client where they are, physically and emotionally, and tailors every session to their unique goals, abilities, and progress. His mission is simple: to help people move better, feel stronger, and live more empowered lives.
